It is important that we be able to provide timely payments to you for your benefits, and in doing so, are making some changes. Therefore, as of 05/31/2024, you will no longer be able to file your weekly continued claims for payment over the telephone using the automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. You will be able to file your continued claims online at wyui.wyo.gov by logging in and clicking on Continued Claim > File Continued Claim.

Unemployment Insurance

Developed through a strategic partnership between the United States Department of Labor (USDOL) and state unemployment insurance (UI) agencies, the State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES) E-Response website offers employers and third-party administrators (TPAs), free of charge, a secure, electronic and nationally-standardized format in which they can easily respond to UI information requests, attach documentation when needed, and receive a date-stamped confirmation of receipt.

Before logging into the SIDES E-Response website, you will need the following credentials:

Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN)
10-digit State Employer Identification Number (SEIN), if used by requesting state
Personal Identification Number (PIN)/Access Code (from the mailed notice of claim form)
