Important information and resources during the COVID 19 Pandemic

The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services stands ready to assist those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Resources are available for both individuals and businesses.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have contracted with an outside call center to assist with Unemployment Insurance claims. You can reach the call center at 888-674-7699. The original UI claims number, 307-473-3789, remains active, as well.

To assist individuals, resources including Unemployment Insurance is available.

To assist small businesses and their employees, loans and short-time compensation programs to bridge the gap are available.

Please be aware of con artists and fraud. If you have received questionable messages or suspect your personal information has been used to file a fraudulent Unemployment Insurance claim, please report the activity to the UI Fraud Reporting website.
