- The Wyoming Workforce Development Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. The meeting will be held at University of Wyoming Union Senate Chambers at 1000 East University Avenue in Laramie, Wyoming. The purpose of this meeting is to hear the Wyoming Workforce Developments strategic plan, name committees and assign members, and review quarterly and Planning Year 2008 budgets.

- The Wyoming Workforce Development Council (WWDC) will hold a meeting on Tuesday, March 22, 2005, and Wednesday March 23, beginning at 1:00 p.m. and ending at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn on the River, 300 West F Street, in Casper, Wyoming, 82601. The purpose of this Wyoming Workforce Development Council meeting is to receive a report of the Department of Workforce Services on a new business plan, review the Wyoming Business Council and WWDC joint study, review the State Benefits Study conducted by the Wyoming Department of Employment, report on the status of the federal Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Reauthorization, review the 2005 Wyoming Legislative Session, approve the 15% Set-Aside Budget, and receive workgroup reports and recommendations. The meeting of the WWDC will preface a joint meeting of the WWDC and the Wyoming Business Council which will be held on the afternoon of March 23, 2005.
