If you want account information, you will hear:

A check was mailed for week ending1 {dates} and week ending2 {dates}

- OR -

The IVR system will explain why you will receive a reduced check, will not receive a check, or that your check has not been processed by the time you are calling.

If there is a pending issue on your claim that prevents a check from being issued, the IVR system will tell you to contact the Claims Center.
